Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ArtDesigna KG, Hafengasse 16/1/6A, 1030 Vienna, Austria ("Pixwalled", "we") handles personal data when you visit pixwalled.com or buy from us. We are the controller of your data. Contact: support@pixwalled.com.

What we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, items bought and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not see full card numbers.
  • Uploads: photos or designs you upload for a personalized piece.
  • Communication: messages you send us.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your cookie choices.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To process, produce and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
  • To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To answer your questions and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing emails and to use analytics and advertising cookies (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Our store runs on Shopify. We share data only as needed with service providers who process it for us: Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers, our production partner (to print your order), shipping carriers (to deliver it), and, if you consent, analytics and advertising platforms such as Meta. Some of these providers are located outside the EU; where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as the law requires for accounting (in Austria generally seven years). Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to produce your order and handle any claim about it. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email support@pixwalled.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at). Residents of California and other US states can use the same email to exercise their rights under local privacy laws; we do not sell personal information.
