Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This website, pixwalled.com, is operated by ArtDesigna KG, Hafengasse 16/1/6A, 1030 Vienna, Austria (company register FN 598457 i, Commercial Court of Vienna; VAT ID ATU79104345). "Pixwalled", "we" and "us" refer to ArtDesigna KG. Contact: support@pixwalled.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them. If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply and are not limited by these terms.

3. Products

Our pieces are printed to order on glass. Product images are mockups that show the artwork, finish and scale as accurately as we can; colors can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are nominal and may vary slightly.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is not available or a price was shown incorrectly; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. Shipping is free. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Personalized pieces

When you upload a photo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that printing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse to print images that are unlawful. Personalized pieces are made to your specification and are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the piece is delivered to you.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your purchase of a standard piece within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To withdraw, email support@pixwalled.com with a clear statement, for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [order number, item], received on [date]. Name, address, date." You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but we may wait until we have received the goods back. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized. Our Refund Policy also gives every customer 30 days to return an unused standard piece; it does not limit this right.

9. Damage, faults and warranty

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it as described in our Refund Policy. We also give a 5-year limited warranty on print adhesion and color for indoor use, as set out in our Refund Policy. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and as required by mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

11. Intellectual property

The artwork, images and texts on this website are protected. Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical piece, not the right to reproduce the artwork.

12. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Disputes

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but you can always contact us first at support@pixwalled.com.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
